If you need to deploy a personal template, external to Vcloud (e.g. : a virtual appliance), here is how to proceed

  1. Connect to your organization
  2. Select the right virtual Data Center where you want to deploy your template ( e.g. : « OVDC-VMWARE-PRD-SIB »)
  3. Select the « vApps » section on the right side of the screen and then « ADD VAPP FROM OVF »
  1. Locate the OVF or OVA file from your computer as the « SOURCE »
  1. Follow the 7 steps to start the import
  2. Depending of your file size and your connectivity , it could take quite a long time before the upload is completed.
  3. Once the upload is completed, the vApp is ready
