With MyCloud 10.2 Web Console access become the main usable console accessible from everywhere and it doesn’t need any external software (or vmrc).
The Legacy remote console is deprecated and no more usable (with or without vpn). The VMRC Remote Console stay for administrative usage and will be removed from the portal in a new release of MyCloud.
